What We Believe
At Life Change Church, we hold the conviction that all scripture is
essential for a life transformed by faith. We believe that the Bible is the
living Word of God, capable of changing hearts, renewing minds, and
guiding our actions.
The Bible states, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in
righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly
furnished unto all good works.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV
Through God’s Word, we find purpose, hope, and direction in our daily
lives. We encourage our members and community to embrace God’s
Word, understanding that it has the power to challenge us, inspire us,
and lead us to a more intimate relationship with God.
As we immerse ourselves in the truth of the Word, we believe we are
being equipped to make a positive impact in our lives and in the world
around us.
Join us on this journey of faith, as we explore the transformative power
of Scripture together.

our faith
We believe in one God, creator of all things both visible and invisible, and in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, (begotten not made, that is to say the very substance of the Father, not less than but equal to)
We believe that Jesus was made man, came to earth and for man suffered and died and was raised up from the dead by God the third day, and has ascended to heaven and has by his spirit come to dwell in man upon reception of the Holy Spirit.

salvation
We believe that Jesus’ death on the cross and His resurrection from the dead provide the only way for us to be reconciled with God. We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this
is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.”
(Ephesians 2:8 NIV).
We believe that repentance is necessary for salvation and leads to a new life in Christ Jesus through the redemptive power of the Holy Spirit.

baptism
We believe that baptism is an outward expression of an inward faith. It is a public declaration of our identification with Jesus Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. Through baptism, we symbolize the washing away of our sins and our commitment to live a new life in Christ. “We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death
in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.”
(Romans 6:4 NIV)

(Romans 6:4 NIV)
communion
We believe that communion, also known as the Lord’s Supper, is a sacred act of remembrance and proclamation. Through partaking of the bread and the cup, we remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ—His body broken and His blood shed for the forgiveness of our sins. Communion is a time of reflection, thanksgiving, and fellowship with Christ and with
one another as we proclaim His death until He comes again. “For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.”
(1 Corinthians 11:26 NIV)
one another as we proclaim His death until He comes again. “For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.”

holiness
We believe that holiness in not merely a set of rules to follow, but is achieved through a life totally surrendered to Jesus Christ that shapes our thoughts, actions, and interactions with each other. Our sermons and teachings emphasize the importance of living a life that embodies
the fruit of the Spirit-love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We believe that a life dedicated to holiness not only brings us closer to God but also serves as a beacon of hope to others. At Life Change Church we embrace our identity as a holiness church, committed to growing in faith, living in unity, and shining the light of Christ in all we do.
