Irik Archie serves as Co-Pastor of Life Change Ministries’ Houston campus. With a first-hand experience bound in sin, Pastor Archie struggled with a life of drugs, alcohol, and fornication after his brother was murdered in 1994. In 2003 Pastor Archie began seeking the Lord. In 2004 he received the Holy Ghost and was reborn and freed from his bondage in sin.  Pastor Archie is passionate about helping people find redemption, freedom, and love in Christ. 

Mark Crawford serves as Co-Pastor of Life Change Ministries’ Houston campus. His passion is for the people of Houston to be made whole and fulfilled in every facet of their lives, and to enjoy the blessings, peace, and joy that God has promised. Having grown up without a father, Mark is sensitive to the needs of our youth and is particularly drawn to people living in underprivileged areas. Mark knows first hand how a true relationship with Christ can change the lives of individuals and families. Outside of Life Change Ministries, he loves traveling with his wife, Desiree, and three children – Jazmin, Caleb, and Joel.
