At Life Change Church, our culture highlights the shared values, practices and experiences that shape how the congregation worships, serves and grows together. It influences how we connect with each other and our community, express our faith, and fulfill the plan of Christ for our congregation.

- Be a ministry where EVERYONE (regardless of race, age or social economic background) can be comfortable and included Isaiah 2:2
- Be a ministry where GOD's love is present and visible at all times John 13:35
- Be a ministry that is filled with the spirit of GOD and a ministry where GOD's spirit is in control. 2 Cor 3:17
- Be a church that is transparent, talks about real issues and get real answers. Ephesians 4:25
- Be a church where EVERYONE is engaged in the work of the ministry to fulfill GOD's purpose in their lives. 1 Cor. 12:12-26
- Be a church where EXCELLENCE is the standard for everything we do. Colossians 3:23-24
As we embrace this culture, we strengthen our identity as the body of Christ, and evidence our commitment to supporting one another, welcoming everyone, reaching out to those in need, and faithfully and collectively meeting God’s expectations for our church.
