Mark Crawford serves as Co-Pastor of Life Change Church. His passion is for the people of Houston to be made whole and fulfilled in every facet of their lives, and to enjoy the blessings, peace, and joy that God has promised.

Mark was raised by his grandmother and mother. As the child of a single-mother, he has seen and experienced the challenges faced by youth in under-resourced communities.  Mark also understands the importance of having a strong support system as youth navigate the challenges of everyday life. As a result, Mark is
committed to community service and outreach and to early childhood education.   Mark devotes time to give back to the community, especially to the youth and  has spearheaded community and youth-focused programs both in church and in his various corporate roles.

More importantly, Mark believes in the transformative power of Christ – how it produces a life of peace, joy and fulfillment when fully embraced.  His
commitment to ministry is rooted in the fundamental belief that true joy and peace can only be obtained through a relationship with Christ.  To this end, he believes in sharing practical messages, which are both relevant and easily implemented in one’s everyday life.  

From his experiences, Mark has developed a deeply rooted philosophy that
sustained progress within a community is only accomplished when both a moral foundation and commitment to learning are in place.  Life Change’s focus on community outreach and engagement is anchored in James 1:27 and is fully
aligned to this philosophy.
